Empowering Women for a Future-Ready Malaysia

IM Possible Solutions (IMPS) is proud to share that our Managing Director, Mr. Amir Isyam Abdul Rahim, was invited to moderate the forum “Accelerating Her Future: Women in AI, Digital & Green Sectors” held in conjunction with the launch of Malaysia’s Wanita MyWira Accelerator.

This national initiative is led by Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp) under the Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development (KPWKM) and the World Economic Forum (WEF). The event brought together visionary leaders from government, industry, and academia including:

– Aireen Omar (Group CEO, BigPay)

– Julia Hakspiel (Economic Inclusion Lead, WEF)

– Nurul Ain Abdul Latif (Executive Chair, PwC Malaysia)

– Anne Abraham (Founder & Chairperson, LeadWomen)

Together, they shared transformative insights on inclusion, flexibility, and the critical role of empowering women in Malaysia’s evolving workforce. The Wanita MyWira Accelerator aims to equip 1,000 Malaysian women with future-ready skills in AI, digital technologies, and the green economy while fostering inclusive, equitable, and sustainable workplaces.At IMPS, we believe that progress happens when diverse voices are empowered to lead.
