Program Pemantapan Strategi Kementerian Digital 2026

We are honoured to be appointed to facilitate the Program Pemantapan Strategi Kementerian Digital 2026. The three-day programme brought together senior leadership and all of the ministry’s executive officers to align the ministry’s mandate, strengthen governance, refine role clarity and prepare for strategic delivery in 2026.

The retreat included Townhall dialogues, strategic working sessions and cross division alignment discussions focusing on mandate clarity, communication flows, capacity planning, process improvement and implementation readiness across federal and regional levels including Sabah and Sarawak.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support the Kementerian Digital in setting and aligning the direction for 2026 .
